Force Push of Local Setup

You can force the resynchronization of the local setup and the event store in case of data inconsistency.

How to force push of local setup to the event store:

1. Navigate to Tools > Data statistics.

2. If you want to push selected types of the local setup, select the Selected checkbox of the respective types in the setup types table (see Data Statistics).

3. Force the push of the local setup to the event store.

   • Click the Push all button to force the push of all types of the local setup to the event store.

   • Click the Push selected button to force the push of the selected types of the local setup to the event store.

   Only available if the Allow Global Server Connections license is enabled (see Allow Global Server Connections).

   

4. Confirm the Force push local setup to the Event Store dialog with Yes.

The start and end of the force resynchronization are written to the Windows event log and the G-SIM Audit (see Synchronization Audit).
